Prices are per person per night based on two adults sharing
- 1 Night : £28 to £35,
- Weekly : £190 to £220
Family Rooms : Bed and Breakfast per room per night,
- 2 Adults and 2 Children : £85 to £95
- 2 adults and 1 Child : £75 to £80

A supplement is charged for single occupancy of a double room.

A non refundable deposit to the value of the first nights booking is required within 5 days to secure a provisional booking.

We apologise but at present we are unable to accept credit cards.
We regret that all cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will attract a cancellation fee of the full room rate applicable unless we can subsequently re-let on behalf of the guest, whereupon, only the deposit will be forfeited.
Checking out : Guests are kindly asked to vacate their room by 10.30a.m on the morning of departure.
Checking in : we are quite relax about time but we do ask all guests to phone us a few days before their stay to make arrangements.
